- Alice Wong Added October 19, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible!! The salesperson shouted at us because we decided to cancel their "gold service" warranty! He said he was doing the right thing for us and we were not doing the same thing...??? He was raising his voice and kept asking how could we not doing the right thing. My husband and I wondered what have we done wrong to deserve such a 'GOOD ' customer service!! Though we still bought the fridge there as we have put down a deposit but will never go back there again and will tell my friends should never go near this particular 'The Good Guys'!! What a shame !!
